Greetings Queen, you are here because you want to begin practicing with a Yoni Egg.

Yoni eggs are semi precious gemstones carved into the shape of a egg. Yoni eggs come in different sizes and stones.

You begin by choosing the Gemstone that best fits your needs, using our metaphysical stone guide. It is always recommended that beginners begin with a Rose Quartz or a Nephrite Jade Egg. When choosing a size you start with the largest size and work your way down to the smallest size

Always cleanse your Yoni egg before and after each use. Purchase our sea salt bath cleanser to clean your gemstones and take a soothing body bath with all natural ingredients.  Meditate for 10-30 Minutes before each use. This is the time to set intentions for your Yoni Egg, what you want it to do for you while its inside of you. " Rose Quartz; I want you to guide me with loving myself, healing my relationships and teach me forgiveness."

Insert your egg with the large end first, if your egg is drilled attach the string included with your kit. The string is there to give you more comfort in removing your egg. String use is optional. Use a natural lubricant such as our Juicy oil it is all natural and helps hydrate and moisten your Yoni and egg. Coconut oil is also a good natural lubricant.

Once inserted (Dont worry if it slips out just guide it back in) lay on the floor and begin Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises, also known as pelvic floor exercise, consist of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of he pelvic floor. (Very similar to holding your pee). This exercise helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum.

I recommend practicing daily if possible or every other day, for couple of hours a day or as long as you are comfortable.

Consistency is very important when practicing with a Yoni Egg, for best results practice weekly.
